The second option, as I mentioned earlier, is to click on the settings on your browser viewing screen and select "HLS." By now, you should have received a PDF copy of today's presentation in a reminder e-mail, but if not, folks, no worries. The first option is to relaunch your player or close the screen where you're viewing the webinar and simply relaunch it.
